1. Open a JaveSE project.
2. Go to context menu >> Project Properties >> Formatting, Use Project Specific Options, Language: Java, Category: Blank Lines
3. Notice that options run down out of sight and no scroll bar is present. (See attached screenshot.)
4. Click on right side of frame and scroll bar magically appears.
