F6 does not work as a short-cut for Execute

XSL Transformation registers shortcut F6 which was previously used for
regular Execute (org.openide.action.ExecuteAction). I don't know about
agreed shortcuts but this does not seem as a right thing to me.

Please note that this bug has been marked as Q-build stopper and thus
should be fixed to the QBExxxxx branch.

It is problem of Core which does not support context sensitive short
cuts (issue #21184).

But now I have changed it to A-F6 for transformation action. (I hope
it is free now. :-()
