Now the rename refactoring cannot be invoked at static import. On normal import the rename it works as expected. This should be consistent.

Steps to reproduce:
1) have class org.ClassA with static method sMethod()
2) in another class have 
import static org.ClassA.sMethod;

-> the rename cannot be invoked on the 'sMethod'
