Threaddump

Netbeans hangs (Beachball of death) when I try to delete files from the project/files view, especially for PHP files.
It seems to hang even more when I use a lot of custom preferences (auto-format, custom auto-indent)
Threaddump (hopefully a good one, it's my first time) attached.

Thread 1287 is an AppKit thread and its stack shows the same symptoms as issue 236101 which has been reported to JDK.
