Please try:
 - have 2 html pages, fileB.html contains:
<a href="fileA.html">…</a>

 - right click on fileA.html and select Refactor->Rename
 - change name to fileC

=> link in fileB (the href attribute) is not updated but on Linux it is.

On windows 10 x64, no problems with the dev 201608250002 version

On fedora linux 24, no problem the the dev build n°201609020002
