Try typing this on a css file and watch closely where your cursor is.

.foo {
    background: url(bar.gif);

When you open the parenthesis, it will do a code completion for the right parenthesis. Since it does not have a semicolon, I opt to type a right parenthesis because it is faster than pressing [End] key or right arrow before I can type the semicolon. When I do, it shows up like this:

.foo {
    background: url(bar.gif)|)

The expected behavior works correctly for javascript and PHP when you type say foo($bar)
