Updates: Updates available to version NetBeans 7.4 Patch 3
Java: 1.7.0_51; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.51-b03
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_51-b13
System: Linux version 3.11.0-12-generic running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Take a look on the screenshot, it's self explaining.
1, I wanted to create new file using the context menu -> New file\
-> there are placed two javascripts files

To reproduce that you likely need to create Javascript using standard wizard from various categories.
