When using the Voice Over screen reader on OSX, the browser elements in the IDE are not accessible. Elements like the Projects view or the file browser to select which file to open do not give information to users of the Voice Over screen reader as to what content is in the element. The contents are also not possible to navigate using the typical screen reader navigation (VOICE OVER + ARROW KEYS). Clicking an element in the browser (VOICE OVER + SPACE) was not possible to be tested since the navigation did not work.

Not sure if "browser" is the correct name for the element but that is what Voice Over reads.
