This is a placeholder issue for a feature idea
which has not yet been proposed to the community.

The idea attempts to solve the problem where the
Next/Finish/OK button is disabled but the user
doesn't know why. The solution suggested is to add
a mini status bar on the dialog or wizard where
the reason for the disabled button is displayed.

In addition, the status bar contents should be able to be used as the
a11y description of the OK button.
