Something I would really like to see in any IDE is a means to group & colorize methods in a class.

When coding, people work visually, therfore using indentation and other ways to structure code. So another enhancement would be an option to tag a method as security relevant - because it is handling user inputs - thus painting it red. Database methods could get a simple annotation and be painted in a different color. The method group - color map could be configured in the IDE options.

// @group:database
public function SaveObject() { ... }

This would also effect the Navigator View. Methods would get the same color there as in code, so programmers can even faster spot the right methods. Besides alphabetically sorting the methods, the Navigator should allow to sort methods by their group.
