The "New Connection Wizard" should allow to specify the location of the tnsnames.ora file when using the "TNS Name" option.

Currently, the only way to create such a connection, is by first specifying this location in the netbeans_default_options of NetBeans' etc/netbeans.conf file (by using the the oracle.net.tns_admin system property).

It would be great if this could be specified directly in the wizard (cf. the screenshot), or if an option for this would be added in the general IDE options somewhere.
