GoTo Options->Fonts&Colors

Duplicate a built in theme and use it. Ok.

Open again Options->Fonts&Colors

Delete the earlier duplicated theme. Ok.

Open again Options->Fonts&Colors

The deleted theme still there. Remains after reboot.

Same issue with third party themes.
