Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 (Build 201411181905)
Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.20-b23

When I have Netbeans open for a while and come back to my PC the next day, it has crashed. I'm not sure when it is happening but hopefully there is something in the logs.

I am sorry but we cannot do anything about it when JVM crashes. Can you find JVM crash log file (hs_err_pid*.log), attach here and reopen?
