Move method with selected option 'Javadoc: update' does not generate return tag

Steps to reproduce:
1) have a method returning String, without javadoc
2) select it and call Move refactoring
3) in move dialog select Javadoc: update
4) move

-> the javadoc stub is generated, but without @return
