Project > properties > libraries > add project silently fails.
Project > properties > Related Projects > projects add silently fails.

Works on other platforms, linux, windows, and solaris... does not work on OS X.

To Reproduce:
 (1) Create c/c++ application project.
 (2) Create static or dynamic library project.
 (3) choose application project properties > linker > libraries > add project
            > select project > open
Returns to add project dialog which is empty... no project selected. Same failure with Related projects.

Has not worked since at least 8.0.1 for OS X including nightly builds as of 9/14/15.
