Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 (Build 201411181905)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.11 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_25
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

Scene Builder can't run after update to OS X version El Capitan.

When i try through double click the icon appear but crash in some seconds after.

Do you mean that NetBeans crashes? If it does, can you please find JVM crash log file (hs_err_pid*.log) and attach here?

Sven, can you please evaluate this issue if you have Mac OS X 10.11 at your disposal?
