After upgrading to Windows 10, I have been unable to copy and paste between Netbeans and any other application.  I uninstalled 8.02 and then installed 8.1 yesterday, and cut and paste worked until I tried to cut and paste from within Netbeans, but once I do that the clipboard appears to only work within Netbeans.  When I did the new install I kept the existing configuration data.
