Mess in the Projects windows

In the last version (I think it's started just with 8.1) the project and module lists in the Projects window is messed up. As dar as I remember they had been always ordered alphabetically, but no the behavior is different and, to be honest, pretty annoying.

Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Also, I've noticed that now when opening NetBeans, the projects seems to get loaded to the Projects window asynchronously (that could potentially be a reason for messing the order up there, I guess). This also makes the user experience pretty bad as you have no idea what has already loaded and what is coming and when the startup process finishes.
