Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64

Reproducibility: Happens sometimes, but not always

Hello when I install laravel with composer it created folder associated to concrete project, but I can't manually upload/download files coz when I right-click on item and context menu shows, ftp actions are disabled. like this: http://nerveto.com/ftp-grayed-out.jpg but if I do it from 'Source Files' it will work like this: http://nerveto.com/ftp-working.jpg

I tried to delete project and create it again but not resolved.

Any known issues about this?
Thanks
