There is no mnemonic on Next button in the wizard dialogs. Although it is the
default button there are situations where the default button can't be
triggered by Enter - e.g. when another button has focus (typically Browse
button), or if typing in a text area. Both examples appear in the New Project
wizard of the ODCS support on which we got this report from JDeveloper.

BTW Finish button also has mnemonic even though it is default button as well.

So the request for Next button mnemonic (N) seems legitimate. A problem I can see is that existing wizard panels may already use N for something else. Leaving this on the owner to decide...
