Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.31-b07
font size is very less.i can't write programs due to small size of fonts.how i increase the screen size and font size

you can customize the font size by --fontsize switch.
this switch can by added to netbeans config file or can by specified on command line. e.g.  

netbeans64.exe --fontsize 20

Does it help?
