When having two projects MyPorject and a library project MyLib both in the same root map, i.e. projects in D:/rootfolder/MyProject and D:/rootfolder/MyLib. When moving the project MyLib with the move command to
another map say the map MyLibs which is inside the rootfolder, thus moving it to D:/rootfolder/MyLibs/MyLib, then refactoring will recognize for MyProject where the MyLib project went but MyProject will not compile
because it can not find the classes from MyLib, or to say the src files are copied but not the compiled classes
