Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_74
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.74-b02

Reproducibility: Happens every time

- activate embedded browser
- start web app
- move browser window to a different position
- change zoom
- stop everything

- start web app

--> NetBeans opens the browser on top of the output window

EXPECTED:
NetBeans opens the browser on its last position with its last scaling facto
