Build 200207180340
There is 'Cut   Ctrl-X' item in the popup menu in
the Breakpoints view . This item is not necessary,
because a breakpoint group functionality is not
implemented now (in the current version).

I do not agree that this isn't necessary.  We ought to allow people to
cut breakpoints from one project to another.
However, this Cut doesn't actually delete the breakpoint, and there is
no paste command in the menu.  I think these are problems.
