In JDK 1.4, there exist options for socks proxy
host and port (socksProxyHost and socksProxyPort).
These can be used to communicate with a remote CVS
host through a firewall.

The user should be able to set these options from
within the IDE. They could be on the mounting
wizard and possibly also in System Options.

Proxy settings are supported in 5.0 CVS. IMHO this does not block 58412.
