This test needs attention.  Are the tests designed for the default hints or should the hints be reconfigured a certain way?

Too many did not work as expected by default.  Modifying the hints settings made some work OK but others did not match.  For example:

PointlessBitwiseExpression HINT: Zero constant should be removed
gave the "Pointless bitwise expression" hint
