On netcat test :

Steps

    "Set cursor at some line in CSS file press Ctrl + /. The line should get commented."
    "Press Ctrl + / again the line should gen uncommented. 


This shortcut doesn't work with a french keyboard (which have a specific, physical "/" key)

A workaround is to use Ctrl + c

Same problem here with a French Bépo keyboard.
