I found this by doing the php sanity test suite, in the test: "DnD Table HTML component outside of editor view." - in the step "DnD Table HTML component to the Projects window."

When I tried to DnD a table component from palette to the projects window, it allowed me to drop it, and actually created an xml file, that I attach here.

Expected result is "mouse cursor indicates that DnD is impossible".
