Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_102
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.102-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open the history view for a file that has many months of history
  * Right-click on the "load next 30 days" and choose "Load all" from the popup menu

ACTUAL:
  The option to "Load next 30 days remains".  This should be impossible as all history should be loaded.  If you select to "Load next 30 days" at this point you will actually get LESS history shown.  After that subsequent selections of "Load next 30 days" will do nothing, but right-click "Load All" will go back to all history with the option to load the next 30 days.

EXPECTED:
  All history should be loaded and there should no longer be an option to "load next 30 days"
