As can be seen in the attachment: NetBeans' git says there are deleted files, whereas git itself says there aren't, and doing a dir confirms git is (obviously) right.

I had run some git commands from the Windows command prompt, but that was at least half an hour ago, so NetBeans really should have figured out by now that the current working tree is clean. I did click "Refresh Statuses", and even closed/re-opened the project, but still NetBeans insists the files were deleted.
