The standard file system error indication, which is not.
Version 8.1 shows all correctly.

Can you, please, attach here preprocessor states for that file. You can dump preprocessor states by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M, then check "Preprocessor states" checkbox and finally press ok.
