Bad position and size popup

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Linux version 4.4.0-47-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_80
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.80-b11

Hi,

I'm using dual screen monitor configuration, but according to disposition of these (up - down monitors), the dialogs windows have wrong size. When I use a left - right monitor disposition, the popups have well size.

Example of those dialogs are Type Dialog (CTRL + o), Search Dialog (CTRL + SHIFT + f), Open file (CTRL + ALT + o).

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and de monitor configuration can be done with 'Displays' icon on unity menu.
