Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
 Open Services
 Right Click on Cloud
 Click Add
 Choose Amazon Beanstalk
 Choose Region

ACTUAL:
  US East Ohio is not listed

EXPECTED:
  US East Ohio is available
