Screenshot showing currently selected folder and what next one should be selected when I type 'module'

With Project pane open typing a file name jumps to the first occurrence it matches. Instead, it would be helpful to find the first occurrence after the highlighted file/folder name.

Use case:
As a user, I open the project (files) pane and begin typing a name. This gets me to the first match. Then, I would like to hit ESC to close the file search text box (which keeps the highlight on the first match). Finally, when I type again, I want to jump to the first matching file or folder name following the currently selected item.

See attached screenshot. With iht_features folder selected (could be a file name, doesn't have to be folder), I'd like to type "module" and get to iht_features.module. Instead, I get the first folder called "modules".
