Reproducibility: Happens every time

Hi, 

I wanted to report the plugins for browser that I downloaded from netbeans.org doesn`t work. 
I mean the preview button doesn`t apperar on the screen where it should be. 

The plugins name and details are : 
Version: 1.0.1 Source: 1434011053_org-netbeans-modules-html-preview (1).nbm  
Plugin name: HTML preview 

I will appreciate your kind help .

Please report this to plugin developer, it is not a part of standart NB distro and it also shows this was not certified for 8.2
