For the last month or two I often experience that when scrolling fast down or up  in a document (both java and xml), the viewport jump back to the carret.

No exceptions are thrown in messages.log

Updates: NetBeans IDE is updated to version NetBeans 8.2 Patch 1
Java: 1.8.0_121; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.121-b13
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_121-b13
System: Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

I have discovered the same issue with NetBeans 8.2 on Windows 7 x64, also no Exceptions.
