User Comments:
GUEST: The running netbeans process wasn't accessed for 4 days. Now I wanted to contiune to programm but netbeans stopped responding.

derikd: If I let NetBeans sit idle overnight, then when I come in the morning it will be consuming 100% of all CPU resoureces.

Someitmes, as was the case here, NetBeans is non-responsive to the OS and I am required to use Force Quit to recover control of the CPU resources. Othertimes I can just close it and reopen.

Running OSX 10.11.6. On a MacPro mid 2012 edition (16GB RAM and Quad Core Xeon).

This wasn't a problem until the last few months.
