buenas señores

El bug consiste en que cuando voy a crear un nuevo project o documento , al dar click o por comando no me muestra la ventana para esto. he notado tambien que en la barra de herramientas no me muestra todas y la verda he buscado y no e encontrado solucion al problema.

Debian stretch 
netbeans 8.2 full 

si alguien tiene alguna solucion la verda no he enconntrado como, una anotacion el netbeans que biene con la debian stretch es la version 8.1 si no estoy mal instale esta y si me permitia crear proyectos pero no me dejaba instalar nuevos plugins para habilitar otros lenguajes simplemente no mostraba nada como si no estubiera conectado a instenet. 

saludos espero alguien sepa la solucion no me gusta trabajar en windows :V
