Screen Shots of the Issue

I am creating a JEE Project with an intention to use 'Entity EJBs'.

In the Services>Database view I have made the connection to 'myccp' schema and it is connected as well (see Screenshot attached - upper image with tables under the schema)

However, when I try to create "Entity Beans from Database", I do NOT see this URL (see the lower image in the same view).
