- Breakpoints, Watches, Filters

its not easy to xmlize deep structure of debugger - breakpoint group -
breakpoint, and watches, etc..

moreover we should not to save all data each time when something is
changed.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
