It is used directly in at these places.

org.openide.compiler.ExternalCompiler.3.String
getFileName()
org.openide.compiler.ExternalCompiler.3.FileObject
getFileObject()

But affect bigger part of ExternalCompiler. It
needs to be investigated closer.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
