To reproduce the bug, please,
- mount a some filesystem;
- select it and create the new folder there using
the defaults;
- for now you see Folder dir nested under a
filesystem;
- try to repeat the creation of the new folder
into
  the same filesystem and use the defaults again.
For now the new folder is not created (however,
Folder_1 should be created
as, for example, for Sun ONE Studio 4 update 1,
Enterprise Edition for Java,
(CD: Part No.705-0382-10, October 2002, Rev.A) ).
