User problem:

Keyboard-only usage of the IDE is hard or n
ot possible.

User need:

Many developers prefer keyboard-only use of the
IDE, since this makes them most productive.

Product requirement:

Each operation needs to be accessible and usable
intuitively by keyboard only.

Well, yes, text is right. But this is not an feature/issue, but permanent goal
we are trying to achieve., too wide. So such issue is useless, specific issues
what should be improved and what's wrong needs to be entered. Closing as invalid.
