It is needed to test window system before merging
into trunk. 
The relevant document used for testing come from
issue #36146.

I have tested builds with new Window System, it looks fine. I don't
know about anything what can prohibit using new window system in the
NetBeans after merge.

I have found a lot of issues : in UI specs, in implementation, the
most of them are already fixed.

I am still working on new test specification, it isn't final because
specification is changed, it will be finished a few days after merge I
hope in a week.

I agree with merging new window system to the trunk.
