The document area should normally have a border around it when all documents are closed, as shown in the attachment with_border.png. When you start the IDE with no documents open, however, it shows up with no border, as in no_border.png, which looks strange.

I think it just as it is specified... anyway I'm not sure... pasing to Dafe.
Planned to be fixed for 3.6.
All works OK for me here in dev build, tried on Metal LF as well as on XP LF. Something perpahs may changed, but now the code which asssigns the border is correctly called even if there are no documents opened after startup.
