Near up to date elements write just the revision 
number [x.x] instead of [Up-to-date; x.x]: this 
will shorten the overall tree nodes name length, 
and should make easier to notice non-updated 
element that will continue to have their full cvs 
qualifier (LMod, Local, ...).

This is currently being discussed in issue #38052.
It's somewhat late to make this change into 3.6, especially because
this is not straightforward to implement.

Resolving as a duplicate of issue #38052, please add any comments you
have to that issue. Thanks.
