HW: Dell Latitude D600 laptop with 512 MB memory.
Problem: Using NB 3.6 beta and after installation
of Refactorit=> tool menu too long, doesn't fit on
the screen, can't access about 5 of the menu
items. Refactorit menu items seem to be added
'dynamically', so I can't rearrange the tool menu.

The two screenshots show the tools menu in Netbeans 3.5.1 and 3.6 RC2

It looks as though Menu items from several second level sub menus fell
into the main tools menu.
Oddly not all 2nd level entries are added to the main tools menu. And
the order seems to be different.
