Umbrella task for creating API which will permit
reuse of frequently used functionality in 
ProjectCustomizers.

Due to the number of more issues with higher priority and according to
the original stavbicka scope document (rated as: when time permits)
lowering the priority and moving target milestone after the promotion-D

Some APIs recently added. TI think there is no need for this umbrela any more.
