Build 200405171800

"Clean & Build Main Project" toolbar button has
tooltip "Clean  Build..." instead of "Clean and
Build..." (similar to the Project context menu
wording.

"Clean 'and' Build..." is part only of WebApp project context menu, sorry.
Verified as duplicate.
