* Bug description:

Try to create Empty File in any project. Click Browse button in 
the second panel (for locating the target folder). The whole tree 
is expanded and none folder is selected.

* Correct behavior:

If the value in project field is empty, then expand only the 
project folder and select it. Otherwise, select a node that 
matches the value in folder field and expand the whole path.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
